AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of the District and at the
District's request, the Owner of the subject property has granted
this District a substitute easement, and the District has no
further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by Fred H. Price and Eugenie H. Price,
his wife, by instrument dated October 9, 1961 and recorded in Book
4678, page 400 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
