AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easement in the City of
Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of easement and has granted
this District satisfactory substitute easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the ten (10) foot wide sewer easement
granted to St. John's-Overland Sanitary Sewer District by instru-
ment recorded in Book 2054 page 318 of the St. Louis County
Records, and lying in Lots 242, 243, 244, 256, 257, 258, 259 and
260 of Midland Valley Estates Plat No. 4, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 105 pages 10 and 11 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom those portions of such easement granted to St.
John's-Overland District which are coincident with easements
granted by aforesaid subdivision plat and with easements granted
by Frank E. Zykan, Inc. on November 20, 1962 by two instruments
recorded in Book 4981 pages 590 and 592 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
