AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has request-
ed this District to vacate such easement and has granted this
District a satisfactory substitute easement:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Upon the condition that the District
assumes no responsibility for any future cost in demolishing such
tank or filling and maintaining the site thereof, the following
described sewer and septic tank easement is hereby vacated, to
wit:
That easement of irregular shape lying in property now
or formerly of Gene L. and Berenice Vescovo in proposed Lot 260,
Gary Gardens Addition No. 7 Subdivision, St. Louis County,
Missouri, which easement was granted by instrument dated July 19,
1960 and recorded in Book 4353, Page 296 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
