AN ORDINANCE, transferring from the Operating Funds of
the Sugar Creek Subdistrict the sum of Six Hundred Eighteen
Dollars and 41 cents ($618.41) to the Subdistrict Planning Fund
and the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to the General
Fund in repayment of advances.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Eighteen Dollars and
41 cents ($618.41) is hereby set apart out of the Operating Funds
of the Sugar Creek Subdistrict and transferred to the Subdistrict
Planning Fund in repayment of advances for publication costs of
public notices and mailing expenses.
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the Operating Funds of the
Sugar Creek Subdistrict and transferred to the General Fund in
repayment of advances for engineering services in rate making
studies and recommendations.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
