AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) from the unappropriated balance
in the Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to
the construction account therein, to be used for the construction
of a storm water sewer known as Northland Hills No. 2 Storm Sewer
Extension in addition to the sum appropriated by Ordinance No.
922.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated
balance of the Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Sub-
district and appropriated to the construction account therein, to
be used for the construction of a storm water sewer known as
Northland Hills No. 2 Storm Sewer Extension in addition to the sum
appropriated by Ordinance No. 922.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 5, 1963.
