AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Six Thousand
Dollars ($6,000.00) from the unappropriated balance in the
Operating Funds of the Creve Coeur-Frontenac Trunk Subdistrict to
be used for the connection of Subdistrict No. 104 (Beacon Hill)
lateral sewer system into a private sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00)
is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated balance of the
Operating Funds of the Creve Coeur-Frontenac Trunk Subdistrict and
appropriated in said Fund to be used for the connection of
Subdistrict No. 104 (Beacon Hill) lateral sewer system into a
private sewer.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1963.
