AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City
of Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the fifteen (15) foot wide sewer
easement described in the instrument recorded in Book 1687 page
617 of the St. Louis County Records, and lying in Lot 2 of Duryea
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 98 page 84 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1963.
