AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in property now or
formerly of David R. Hogan and wife in Section 1, Township 45
North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, which easement
was granted by instrument dated August 21, 1961 and recorded in
Book 4643 page 330 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1963.
