AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of easements in Lot 1 of Morris Acres, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 47 page 12 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the easement five (5) feet wide over
the northern five (5) feet of such Lot 1.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1963.
