AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 219 (Deves
Meadows) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 219 (Deves Meadows).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 219
(Deves Meadows) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of
Deves Meadows Plat No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 36 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the east
line of said subdivision to the northeast corner thereof; thence
westwardly along the north line of said subdivision, which is the
north line of Lot 6 in said subdivision and its prolongation
westwardly to the centerline of Donald's Court (50 feet wide);
thence northwardly along the centerline of said Donald's Court to
the centerline of Eddie and Parke Road; thence westwardly along
the centerline of said Eddie and Parke Road to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the west line of Deves Meadows
Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 49 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and
along the west line of said Deves Meadows Plat No. 1 and
continuing along the west line of said Deves Meadows Plat No. 2 to
the southwest corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along the
southwest line of said Deves Meadows Plat No. 2 to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 1, 1963.
