AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis has by Ordinance No. 26394,
vacated that portion of east-west alley between Second Street and
the north-south alley in City Block 759 and being 115 feet north
of the north line of Louisa Street reserving to itself an easement
for sewer purposes and which area has been redesignated as part of
City Block 769; and
WHEREAS, the District is successor to said City for such
sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property adjacent thereto have
requested this District to vacate such reserved easement and this
District has no further need for such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer easement over the former portion of east-west
alley lying between Second Street and the north-south alley in
City Block 759 and being 115 feet north of the north line of
Louisa Street as vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance No.
26394, which area is now part of that area redesignated as City
Block 769.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 1, 1963.
