AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of easements and this
District has no further need for such portions of easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the easement over the southern five (5)
feet of Lot 18, and easement of varying width over the northern
portion of Lot 19 of Marilyn Estates, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 104, page 44, excepting therefrom the eastern ten (10) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1963.
