AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 220 (Mathilda Avenue) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drain-
age facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at
the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 220 (Mathilda Avenue).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 220 (Mathilda
Avenue) shall be as follows:

MATHILDA AVENUE
Beginning at a point said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Heege Road with the northern prolongation of the
west line of lot 1 in Block 1 of Oak-Lawn Terrace as recorded in
Plat Book 21, Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Lot 1 to the north line of Lot 25 in said Block 1; thence
westwardly along said north line of Lot 25 to the northwest corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of Lots 25, 24,
23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, and 17 in said Block 1 to the southwest
corner of said Lot 17; thence eastwardly along the south line of
said Lot 17 and its prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of
Mathilda Avenue; thence southwardly along the centerline of
Mathilda Avenue to the centerline of Staley Avenue; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of Staley Avenue to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Genesta Place as recorded in Plat Book 30 on Page 86 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation
and along the west line of said Genesta Place to the northwest
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north line of said
Genesta Place to the west line of Genesta Avenue; thence
eastwardly in a straight line across Genesta Avenue to the
southwest corner of Lot 3 in said Subdivision; thence eastwardly

along the south line of Lots 3, 2 and 1 in said Genesta Place to
the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence northwardly along the
east line of said Lot 1 and its prolongation northwardly to the
centerline of Heege Road; thence westwardly along said centerline
of Heege Road to the point of beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 20, 1963.
