AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easement and has granted this District a
satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide granted by instrument
recorded in Book 1735, page 450 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office, being also described as the northern ten (10) feet of the
southern twenty (20) feet of the property bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of New Hampshire Avenue
40 feet wide, which point is 192 feet northwardly from the
intersection of the said west line of New Hampshire Avenue with
the north line of Gravois Road 80 feet wide, measured along said
west line of New Hampshire Avenue; thence northwardly along said
west line of New Hampshire Avenue a distance of 83.68 feet to the
northeast corner of such property; thence North 82 degrees 10
minutes West, a distance of 203.70 feet to a northwest corner of
said property; thence South 7 degrees 27 minutes West a distance
of approximately 135 feet to its intersection with a southern line
of such property, which line bears South 83 degrees 17 minutes
West from the point of beginning; thence North 83 degrees 17
minutes East along aforesaid southern line to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 20, 1963.
