AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 244, as adopted the 22nd
day of October, 1958, prescribing the times for holding regular
and special meetings of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu
thereof on the same subject.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 244, as adopted the 22nd day of
October, 1958, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District shall hold one regular meeting on the first
Thursday of each Month. In the event the first Thursday of any
month shall be a public holiday, the regular meeting in such month
shall be held on the Wednesday preceding the first Thursday in
such month.
Section Three. Regular meetings shall be held at the main
office of the District at the hour fixed by agreement of a
majority of the Board of Trustees.
Section Four. The Board of Trustees shall hold special
meetings at such times and places as may be designated by the
Chairman. It shall be the duty of the Chairman to call a special
meeting upon the request of any two members of the Board of
Trustees.
Section Five. The Board of Trustees shall keep a journal of
its proceedings and a record of the attendance of all Board
members at all regular and special meetings. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 20, 1963.
