AN ORDINANCE, further amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
349 adopted December 17, 1959, prescribing the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 91 (Geraldine South), with an emergency clause,
WHEREAS, by enactment of Ordinance No. 890 on December 20,
1962, revised boundaries were prescribed for the area known as
Subdistrict No. 91 (Geraldine South) of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, originally established by Ordinance No. 349,
and
WHEREAS, through error said amending Ordinance No. 890 was
enacted with two extra pages which describe an area having no
geographic relation to said Subdistrict No. 91, and
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements in said Sub-
district No. 91 is almost complete and payment therefor in special
tax bills is falling due,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 349, as
amended by said Ordinance No. 890, is hereby further amended by
placing a period in place of a semi colon after the last clause on
page three (reading, "thence eastwardly along the north line of
Mitchell Place to the point of beginning") and by striking pages
four and five from said amending Ordinance No. 890.
Section Two. Since the facts stated above constitute an
emergency within the meaning of the Plan, this ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 2, 1963.
