HomeMy Public PortalAbout00994 O R D I N A N C E NO. 994 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 666, adopted December 7, 1961, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 171 (West and Park North) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 666, adopted December 7, 1961, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 171 (West End Park North), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the area described as follows: Lots 15 and 16 in Block 9, Lots 15 and 16 in Block 10 and Lots 35, 36 and 37 in Block 17, all in West End Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 40 of the St. Louis County Records, for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 666 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 171 shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 994 WEST END PARK NORTH Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the eastern prolongation of the north line of Lot 18 in Block 17 of West End Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3 on Page 40 of the St. Louis Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 18 to the east line of Lot 26 in said Block 17; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 26 to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of Lots 26 thru 37 in said Block 17 to the northwest corner of said Lot 37; thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 37 and along the southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of German Boulevard; thence westwardly along said centerline of German Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Princess Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Donohoe Place; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Donohoe Place to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along the centerline of Lindberth Boulevard to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the north line of Lot 15 in Block 9 of said West End Park Subdivision; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 15 to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of Lots 15 and 16 in said Block 9 to the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence eastwardly along the south 3 line of said Lot 16 and its prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh boulevard; thence southwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the north line of Lot 15 in Block 10 of said West End Park Subdivision; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 15 to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of Lots 15 and 16 in said Block 10 to the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 16 and said lot produced eastwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1963.
