HomeMy Public PortalAbout00995REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1747 O R D I N A N C E NO. 995 AN ORDINANCE establishing the position of Chief of Waste Water Treatment and Pumping Stations in the administrative unclassified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and prescribing the duties and salary thereof, effective August 1, 1963. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. A position in the administrative unclassified service of the District, entitled Chief of Waste Water Treatment and Pumping Stations, is hereby established. Section Two. The Chief of Waste Water Treatment and Pumping Stations shall be appointed by the Executive Director and he shall be responsible to the Executive Director for the effective administration of his department and all activities assigned thereto, including the operation of all sewage treatment plants and pumping stations owned or operated by the District. Section Three. The salary of the Chief of Waste Water Treatment and Pumping Stations shall be not less than $10,000.00, nor more than $15,000.00 per annum, payable in semi-monthly installments, as authorized and fixed from time to time by the Executive Director. Section Four. This Ordinance shall take effect August 1, 1963. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1963.
