AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Treatment Plant Account No. 1-1064 for capital
outlay for the surfacing of the existing service road, St. Johns-
Overland Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Treatment Plant Department, Account No.
1-1064, for capital outlay for the surfacing of the existing
service road, St. Johns-Overland Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1963.
