AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has
no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A rectangular portion of the five (5) foot wide easement over
the southern five (5) feet of Lot 164 of Midland Valley Estates
Plat No. 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 96 Pages 14 and 15 of
the St. Louis County Records, which rectangular portion is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northern line of above-described
easement at a point 65 feet westwardly from the west line of
Pebble Beach Drive measured along such northern line of easement;
thence westwardly along such northern line of easement a distance
of eight (8) feet to a point; thence southwardly, at right angles
to aforesaid north line of easement, a distance of one and five-
tenths (1.5) feet to a point; thence eastwardly along a line
parallel to aforesaid north line of easement a distance of eight
(8) feet to a point; thence northwardly, at right angles, a
distance of one and fivetenths (1.5) feet to the point of
beginning; such vacated portion being a rectangle eight feet long
by one and five-tenths feet wide. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1963.
