AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Des
Peres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement and this District has been
granted a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Any right, title or interest The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District may have in the following
described sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in the subdivision of
the Estate of Phillip J. Goebel according to the survey thereof by
Kropp and Steele and being in File No. 19017 of the St. Louis
County Probate Court, which easement is described as running from
a point in the east line of Tract No. 5 of such Estate at a point
83 feet north of the north line of Manchester Road, northeast in a
straight line to a point 17 feet north of the northeast corner of
Tract No. 3 of said plat.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1963.
