AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 221 (North
Kinloch) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 221 (North Kinloch).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 221
(North Kinloch) shall be as follows:

NORTH KINLOCH
Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of
Lot 26 in Block 11 of Kentland Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 19 on Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 26 to the
westernmost corner of said Lot 26; thence northeastwardly along
the northwest line of said Lot 26 and its northeast prolongation
across Ardmore Avenue (40 feet wide) to its intersection with the
northeast line of said Ardmore Avenue; thence northwestwardly
along the northeast line of said Ardmore Avenue and its
prolongation northwestwardly to its intersection with the
centerline of an alley (15 feet wide) in Block 1 of said Kentland
Subdivision; thence northwardly along said centerline of said
alley across Booker Avenue (40 feet wide) and along the centerline
of an alley (15 feet wide) in Block 2 of said Kentland Subdivision
to its intersection with the centerline of Hugo Avenue (40 feet
wide); thence northwestwardly in a straight line to the southwest
corner of Lot 42 of Block 13 of South Kinloch Park Subdivision
First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 6 on Page 62 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of
Lots 42 through 83 of said Block 13 to the south line of Scott
Street; thence eastwardly along said south line of Scott Street to
the west line of Lix Avenue (50 feet wide); thence northeastwardly

across Lix Avenue to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 46 of
South Kinloch Park Subdivision Sixth Addition, as recorded in Plat
Book 11 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 to the west line of
Lot 62 of said Block 46; thence northwardly along the said west
line of Lot 62 to the north line of said Lot 62; thence eastwardly
along the north line of Lots 62 through 37 of said Block 46 to the
northeast corner of Lot 37 of said Block 46; thence eastwardly
along a straight line across Jones Street to the northwest corner
of Lot 30 of Block 45 of said South Kinloch Park Subdivision Sixth
Addition; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 30 thru
49 in said Block 45 to the northeast corner of said Lot 49; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 49 to the southwest
corner of Lot 5 in said Block 45; thence eastwardly along the
south line of said Lot 5 to the west line of Carson Road; thence
eastwardly along a straight line across said Carson Road to the
northwest corner of Lot 16 in Block 31 of South Kinloch Park
Fourth Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 10 Pages 48 and 49 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Lot 16 to the northeast corner thereof; thence
southwardly along the west line of Lots 45, 44, 43, 42, 41 in said
Block 31 to the southwest corner of said Lot 41; thence eastwardly
along the south line of said Lot 41 and continuing along the
eastern prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Evelyn Avenue (20 feet wide); thence northwardly along said

centerline of Evelyn Avenue to the centerline of Carson Road;
thence eastwardly along the centerline of Carson Road to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of
property now or formerly owned by Henry Cernicek Co., Inc. as
recorded in Deed Book 4125 Page 76 of the St. Louis County
Records, said east line also being the west line of property now
or formerly owned by Arther E. Weller; thence northwardly along
said prolongation and along said east line of Cernicek's property
to its intersection with a line parallel with and 170 feet north
of the centerline of Carson Road; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
175 feet east of the centerline of Thurston Avenue (60 feet wide);
thence northwardly along said parallel line to the south line of
Block 1 in Newell Place Third Addition as recorded in Plat Book 42
Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Block 1 to the southwest corner of Lot 28
in said Block 1 of Newell Place Third Addition; thence
northwardly, westwardly and northwardly along the west, south and
west lines of said Block 1 to the southeast corner of Berkeley
Orchards Addition as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 59 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of
said Berkeley Orchards Addition to the southwest corner of Lot 17
in Block 1 of said Subdivision; thence southwardly along the
southern prolongation of the west line of said Lot 17 in Berkeley
Orchards Addition to the centerline of Courtney Avenue; thence

westwardly along said centerline of Courtney Avenue to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Block 6 of Nordell Hills as recorded in Plat Book 48 Page 3 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and continuing along the west line of said Block 6 to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 170 feet north of
the centerline of Courtney Avenue; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with the northern prolongation
of the east line of property now or formerly owned by William H.
Evans as recorded in deed Book 4460 Page 191 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation to the
northeast corner of said Evans property; thence westwardly along
the north line of said Evans property to the northwest corner
thereof; thence northwardly along the northern prolongation of the
west line of said property to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 145 feet north of the centerline of said
Courtney Avenue; thence westwardly along said parallel line to the
east line of Block 39 in Kinloch Park as recorded in Plat Book 3
Pages 36 and 37 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said east line of Block 39 and its prolongation
southwardly to the centerline of Courtney Avenue; thence

centerline of Jefferson Avenue; thence southwardly along the

Avenue to the centerline of Garfield Avenue; thence southwardly
along the centerline of said Garfield Avenue to its intersection
with the eastern prolongation of the north line of Lot 38 in Block
33 of said Kinloch Park; thence westwardly along said prolongation

and along the north line of said Lot 38 to the northwest corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of Lots 38 thru 60
in said Block 33 to the southwest corner of said Lot 60; thence
eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 60 to the northwest
corner of Lot 4 in said Block 33; thence southwardly along the
west line of said Lot 4 and said west line projected southwardly
to the centerline of Scudder Road; thence eastwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the northern prolongation of
the east line of Rushmore Park as recorded in Plat Book 95 Page 43
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and continuing along the eastern line of said
Rushmore Park to the north line of Kings Acres Plat No. 1 as
recorded in Plat Book 96 Page 39 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along the north line of said Kings Acres Plat
No. 1 to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along
the east line of said Kings Acres Plat No. 1 which, is also the
west line of Block 8 of aforesaid Kentland Subdivision, and
continuing along the southern prolongation of the west line of
said Block 8 to the centerline of Hugo Avenue (40 feet wide);
thence westwardly and southwestwardly along the centerline of Hugo
Avenue to the centerline of Irvington Avenue (30 feet wide);
thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Irvington
Avenue to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of
the northwest line of Case Avenue; thence northeastwardly along
said prolongation and along the northwest line of said Case Avenue

to the point of beginning.
