AN ORDINANCE, repealing all proceedings in Subdistrict
No. 161 (Weber-Valcour) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, including Ordinances Numbers 659, 757 and 962 and
Resolutions Numbers 502 and 510, and re-establishing such
Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, private land development in the area of Sub-
district No. 161 (Weber-Valcour) necessitates alteration of the
sub- district boundaries and changes in the public sewer
improvement originally proposed for such area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. All proceedings in Subdistrict No. 161
(WeberValcour) are hereby repealed, including Ordinances Numbers
659, 757, and 962 and Resolutions Numbers 502 and 510, and a new
subdistrict is established in lieu thereof as hereinafter set
forth.
Section Two. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 161 (Weber-Valcour).
Section Three. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 161
(WeberValcour) shall be as follows:

WEBER - VALCOUR
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot
9 of Crestmoor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 38, on Page 73
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the
north line of lots 9 and 8 of said subdivision to the northeast
corner of said Lot 8; thence southwardly along the east line of
lot 8 also being the west line of property now or formerly owned
by Norman W. Hartman as recorded in Deed Book 2915 on Page 341 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said Hartman property and the prolongation thereof to the
southeast corner of property now or formerly owned by Herman C.
Weeman as recorded in Deed Book 2515, on Page 76 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the east line and the
prolongation thereof, of said Weeman property to the centerline of
Weber Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Weber Road
to the centerline of Valcour Avenue; thence northwardly along the
centerline of Valcour Avenue to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of property now or formerly owned
by H. H. Eckert as recorded in Deed Book 2773, on Page 329 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and said north line and continuing along the eastern
prolongation of said north line to a point 200 feet east of the
east line of said Eckert property; thence southwardly along a line
parallel with and 200 feet east of the east line of said Eckert

property and continuing along the southern prolongation of said
parallel line to its intersection with the centerline of Weber
Road; thence eastwardly along said centerline to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the east line of property now or
formerly owned by C. W. Brinkmann, Jr. as recorded in Deed Book
1882, on Page 178 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and said east line to the
southeast corner of said Brinkmann property; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Brinkmann property and its western
prolongation to the east line of property now or formerly owned by
M. B. Roseman as recorded in Deed Book 4008 on Page 622 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said east line and
its southern prolongation to the north line of lot 6 block 1 of
Vermont Park as recorded in Plat Book 34 on Page 39 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line of
lots 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 and its western prolongation to the
centerline of Valcour Avenue; thence southwardly along the
centerline of Valcour Avenue to its intersection with the
centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along the
centerline of Rock Hill Road to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the west line of lot 9 of aforesaid Crestmoor
Subdivision; thence northwardly along said prolongation and said
west line to the point of beginning.
