AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 193 (Rolling
Green) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 193 (Rolling Green).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 193
(Rolling Green) shall be as follows:
The boundaries of Rolling Green Acres, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown and delineated on the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, on Page 34 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1963.
