WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New 3ersey, by S~>~I~LI, INC.
for a Person-to-Person and a Place-to-Place Transfer of A.B.C. License
f~1201-32-0122006 held by CAKfpliET MALT, LIQUORS, INC., at 762B Roosevelt
Avenue, to new premises to be located at 797 Roosevelt Avenue; and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for said Person-to-Person and
Place-to-Place Transfer was duly advertised in The Home News & Tribune, a
newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret, and no objections to said
transfer have been filed or made to the Mayor and Council, either orally
or in writing; and
WHEREAS, the application is complete in all respects and the applicant is
qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title
33 of the New Jersey State Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as
pertinent local ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33.
NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT AND IT IS HfIREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that
A.B.C. License f~1201-32-012-006 heretofore beld by CAR_TERET MAI,I, LIQUORS,
INC. be and is hereby transferred to SMFFNALI, INC. to sell alcoholic
beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules and regulations of
the State of New Jersey and the ordinances and resolutions, rules and
regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to end concerning the
said license and the sale of alcoholic beverages at the new premises lo-
cated at 797 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey 07008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVfD, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public
Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.

and certified as a true copy of the
