AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 223 (Rock Hill &
Green Springs) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 223 (Rock Hill & Green Springs).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 223
(Rock Hill & Green Springs) shall be as follows:

ROCK HILL & GREEN SPRINGS
Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot
9 in Grant Forest as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 26 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of
said Grant Forest to the southeast corner thereof; thence
northwardly along the east line of said subdivision to the
southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by William G.
Perry as recorded in Deed Book 1643, Page 579 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said
Perry property a distance of 26.10 feet to the southeast corner
thereof; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to the northern
most corner of Lot 22 in Forest Haven No. 2 Section "B" as
recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of Lots 22, 21 and
20 in said Forest Haven No. 2 Section "B" to the northernmost
corner of Lot 5 in Forest Haven No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 80,
Page 37 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of said Lot 5 to the westernmost corner
of Lot 4 in said Forest Haven No. 2; thence northeastwardly along
the northwest line of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1 in said Forest Haven No.
2 and said northwest line produced northeastwardly to the
centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along the
centerline of said Rock Hill Road to its intersection with the
northern prolongation of the west line of Lot 15 in aforesaid
Grant Forest; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along
the west line of Lots 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and 9 in said Grant
Forest to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1963.
