O R D I N A N C E NO. 1022
AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
972, adopted June 7, 1963, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 53 (Grasso Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 972, adopted June 7, 1963,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 53 (Grasso Lane), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, on the southwest line of Lot 3 in
Brinkop Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 4 of the St.
Louis County Records; said point being 70 feet northwest of the
southernmost corner of said Lot 3; thence northeastwardly along a
line parallel with the centerline of Union Road, across Lots 3
through 14 in said Brinkop Subdivision to the northeast line of
said Lot 14; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of
said Lot 14 to its intersection with a line parallel with and 175
feet southwest of the centerline of Weber Road; thence
southeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with
a line running southwestwardly and perpendicular to the centerline
of Weber Road at a point 270 feet southeast of the centerline of
said Union Road, said 270 feet being measured along the centerline
of said Weber Road; thence southwestwardly along said
perpendicular line to a point in the northeast line of Greene
Meadows Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 73 of Page 7 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along said
northeast line of Greene Meadows to the easternmost corner of Lot
100 of said Greene Meadows; thence southwardly along the east line
of said Lot 100 to a point 30.0 feet north of the north line of
Hernan Drive; thence southwardly and southwestwardly along a line
parallel to and 30 feet from said north line and the northwest
line of said Hernan Drive which runs in a northeast-southwest
direction to a point 80.0 feet northeast of the northeast line of
Hernan Drive, said Hernan Drive running northwest from the
northeast-southwest Hernan Drive; thence northwestwardly and at
right angles to the last described line, 82.0 feet to a point of
curvature of the recorded building line in said subdivision;
thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 80.0 feet said
curve being the recorded building line, to a point 30.40 feet
south of the north line of Lot 107 of said Greene Meadows, as
measured along said building line; thence westwardly across said
Lot 107, to the southernmost corner of Lot 3 of said Brinkop Sub-
division; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said
Lot 3, 70.0 feet to the point of beginning, for the reason that
the Board of Trustees finds that such property would not be
benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in
such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 972 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:

Poepping Street, with the centerline of Morganford Road; thence
southwestwardly along said centerline of Morganford Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Weber Road; thence
southeastwardly along said centerline of Weber Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Union Road; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of said Weber Road, 270.0
feet to a point; thence southwestwardly and perpendicular to the
centerline of said Weber Road, a distance of 175 feet to a point;
thence northwestwardly along a line parallel with and 175 feet
southwest of the centerline of said Weber Road to the northeast
line of Lot 14 in Brinkop Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 59,
Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly
along the northeast line of said Lot 14 to a point 70 feet
northwest of the easternmost corner of said Lot 14; thence
southwestwardly along a line parallel with the centerline of Union
Road to the southwest line of Lot 1 in said Brinkop Subdivision;
thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 1, and
its prolongation northwestwardly to the centerline of said Union
Road; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said Union
Road to a point 211.0 feet southwest of the centerline of Debra
Court; thence southeastwardly along a line perpendicular to said
centerline of Union Road to a point 55' southeast of the southeast
line of said Union Road as measured along said perpendicular line;
thence southwestwardly and westwardly along a line parallel to
said south line of Union Road, to a point in the centerline of
Seibert Avenue, 50.0 feet wide, in Mocking Bird Hill, Plat No. 1
as recorded in Plat Book 84 on Page 2 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwestwardly in a straight line across Union
Road to the northwest corner of the Union Road and Seibert Avenue
intersection; thence westwardly across property now or formerly of
Edward C. Schneider and recorded in Deed Book 2313 on Page 15 of
the St. Louis County Records to the southernmost corner of
property now or formerly of Joseph and Euginie Ferris as recorded
in Deed Book 1468 on Page 225 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwestwardly in a straight line to the point of
intersection of the southeast line of Morganford Road with the
northeast line of said Union Road; thence northwestwardly across
Morganford Road to the southernmost corner of property now or
formerly of Clinton R. Shattgen as recorded in Deed Book 3529 on
Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Shattgen property, and its
prolongation northwestwardly, to the southernmost corner of Lot 11
of Zlatich Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 22 on Page 55 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly diagonally across
said Lot 11 to the northernmost corner of said Lot 11; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of Lot 10 of said
subdivision to the northernmost corner of said Lot 10; thence
northwestwardly in a straight line across a private alley, eight
(8') feet wide and across property now or formerly of Aubrey J.
Green as recorded in Deed Book 2892 on Page 589 of the St. Louis
County Records to the southernmost corner of Lot 2 of Creelman
Hills Plat No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 77 on Page 28 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwest
line of said Lot 2 to a point 30.0 feet southeast of the southeast
line of Henze Court, 50.0 feet wide; thence northeastwardly along
a line parallel to and 30 feet east of the east line of Henze
Court in said Creelman Hills Plat No. 3, said line being also the
recorded building line to the point of its intersection with the
southernmost line of said Lot 10; thence westwardly along said

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1963.
