O R D I N A N C E NO. 1023
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) to be used for improvement of
the channel of Fountain Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby set apart from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) and appropriated for the
construction of improvements of the channel of Fountain Creek.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1963.
