O R D I N A N C E NO. 1036
AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
have provided this District with a satisfactory substitute
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of a strip of land 10 feet wide originally
recorded in Book 1396, page 1 and Plat Book 32, pages 37 and 38,
St. Louis County Recorder's Office, the center line of the portion
of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at its intersection with a line parallel with
and 10 feet south of the northern line of property described in
deed to Georgetown of St. Louis recorded in Book 4980, page 336,
St. Louis County Recorder's Office, distant 135 feet, more or
less, from the intersection of said northern line of Georgetown of
St. Louis property with the eastern line of Laclede Station Road,
as widened by instrument recorded in Book 3983, page 34, St. Louis
County Recorder's Office; thence southeastwardly 110 feet, more or
less, along the center line of said easement to the point of
termination in the northern line of an easement recorded in Plat
Book 106, page 24, St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 1963.
