O R D I N A N C E NO. 1037
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar
Creek) to the Waste Water Treatment and Lift Station Department to
be used for repairs and replacements of facilities of the Sugar
Creek Sewage Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar Creek) to the Waste Water Treatment and
Lift Station Department to be used for repairs and replacements of
facilities of the Sugar Creek Sewage Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 1963.
