HomeMy Public PortalAbout01039 AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1198 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1039 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 195 (Fee Fee and Prospect) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 195 (Fee Fee and Prospect). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 195 (Fee Fee and Prospect) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) FEE FEE & PROSPECT Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road and Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road, being part of the western boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and continuing northwardly, eastwardly and northeastwardly along said Metropolitan Sewer District boundary to its intersection with the western prolongation of a line, said line being one hundred and fifty (150) feet north of and parallel with the north line of Block 1 of Pattonville Subdivision, as recorded in Deed Book 17 on Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records, said one hundred and fifty (150) feet being measured at right angles to said north line; thence eastwardly along said parallel line and its prolongation eastwardly across Fee Fee Road to its intersection with a line parallel with the centerline of Fee Fee Road and one hundred and seventy (170) feet east of said centerline, said one hundred and seventy (170) feet being measured at right angles thereto; thence southwardly along said parallel line to the north line of the property now or formerly owned by Missouri Baptist Childrens Home, as recorded in Deed Book 2040 on Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said north line and its prolongation southeastwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwestwardly and southwardly along said centerline to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 4, 1963.
