O R D I N A N C E NO. 1041
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar Creek) for engineering and construction
expenses.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($13,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating
Funds of Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar Creek) to be used as follows:
For an engineering study of its sewage treatment
facilities $12,000.00
For constructing an access roadway and parking
space for its sewage treatment plant 1,500.00
Total $13,500.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 4, 1963.
