AN ORDINANCE, making supplementary appropriations for
the fiscal year from July 1, 1963 to June 30, 1964, for personal
services expenses of the District, Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar
Creek), and the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict, amounting in
the aggregate to One Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Six Hundred
Eight Dollars and no cents ($177,608.00), which sum is hereby
appropriated from the funds named.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of One Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy-seven Dollars and no cents ($169,377.00) for personal
services for the support, maintenance and operation of the
departments and offices of the District for the fiscal year from
July 1, 1963 to June 30, 1964, as hereinafter detailed.

Section Two. There are hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the Operating Funds of Subdistricts the sums
hereafter detailed for personal services for the support,
maintenance and operation of the departments and offices of the
Subdistricts named for the fiscal year from July 1, 1963 to June
30, 1964. 1. FROM THE OPERATING FUNDS OF SUBDISTRICT NO. 150 (SUGAR CREEK) Department of Finance $241.00 Waste Water Treatment Plants and Lift Stations Department 368.00 $609.00 2. FROM COLDWATER CREEK SEWER REVENUE FUND Department of Finance $ 5,891.00 Waste Water Treatment Plants and Lift Stations Department 1,731.00 $ 7,622.00 TOTAL FROM OPERATING FUNDS OF SUBDISTRICTS $ 8,231.00 GRAND TOTAL APPROPRIATED $177,608.00
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 4, 1963.
