O R D I N A N C E NO. 1052
AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no further need for such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
north-south sewer easement, 10 feet wide, parallel with and
approximately 150 feet west of Broadway Avenue 80 feet wide, and
lying in City Block 371, formerly City Block 370, is hereby
vacated:
The eastern 1.5 feet of such easement, beginning at a
point 58 feet south of the south line of Lafayette
Avenue, and extending southwardly a distance of 62
feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 4, 1963.
