O R D I N A N C E NO. 1059
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Improvement Fund, Account No. 2-3443, for
engineering and construction expenses.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund,
Account No. 2-3443, to be used for staking out, constructing and
providing, as built plans for a sanitary trunk sewer to serve an
area known as Lindbergh and East Watson Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 4, 1963.
