Home My Public Portal About01061 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1061 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars ($155,197.00) from the Improvement Fund, chargeable to the special account for moneys received from dissolved sewer districts, to be used during the fiscal year from July 1, 1963, through June 30, 1964, for sanitary sewer improvements within the areas of such districts. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars ($155,197.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund, chargeable to the special account for moneys received from dissolved sewer districts, to be used during the fiscal year from July 1, 1963, through June 30, 1964, for sanitary sewer improvements within the areas of such districts as hereinafter detailed.
