O R D I N A N C E NO. 1062
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated, Contractors and Engineers for the reconstruction of
sanitary sewers in Kerruish Place in the City of Webster Groves
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated, Contractors and
Engineers, as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
reconstruction of sanitary sewers in Kerruish Place in the City of
Webster Groves of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of October,
1963, and formally executed on the 3rd day of October, 1963 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the confirmation
of a contract for sewer reconstruction and the sewers to be
reconstructed being necessary for the protection of the public
health, constitutes an emergency within the meaning of the Plan,
and this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon
its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 17, 1963.
