O R D I N A N C E NO. 1071
AN ORDINANCE, making supplementary appropriations for
the fiscal year from July 1, 1963 to June 30, 1964 from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund and from the
unencumbered balance of the Real Property Purchase Fund for the
purposes and in the amounts stated.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund and appropriated for use during the fiscal
year from July 1, 1963 to June 30, 1964 by the departments and for
the purposes which follow. To Executive Director's Office For professional contractual services $10,000.00 To Maintenance Department For contractual services of St. Louis County Health Dept. 8,000.00 For capital outlay for standby TV camera to inspect sewers 2,000.00 Total from General Fund $20,000.00
Section Two. The sum of Seven Hundred Dollars
($700.00) is hereby set apart from the unencumbered balance of the
Real Property Purchase Fund and is appropriated to the Maintenance
Department for completion of the Sulphur Avenue maintenance
building.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1963.
