AN ORDINANCE vacating any right, title or interest in a
sewer easement in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate any right, title or interest it
may have in such easement, and this District has no need for such
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Any right, title or interest the District
may have in the following described sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That easement 5 feet wide reserved for sewer purposes
across Lots 15 through 43 of West Hi-Pointe, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14 page 4 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 2, 1963.
