AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
this District has no need for such portions of easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement 5 feet wide over the southeast 5 feet of
Lot 7, and that easement 5 feet wide over the northwest 5 feet of
Lot 8, both of Northgate Estates, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 82 page 14 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the eastern 10 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 2, 1963.
