AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 225 (Sherwyn
North East) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 225 (Sherwyn North East).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 225
(Sherwyn North East) shall be as follows:
All of Lot 6 of Country View Estates, a subdivision in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 2 of
the St. Louis County Records and instrument recorded in Deed Book
4117, Page 531 (The said Country View Estates was formerly known
as Spoede Meadows), and all of Lots 9 and 11 of Sherwyn Lane
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 26 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 19, 1963.
