AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to be used for razing the Garden Park Sewage
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to be used for razing the Garden Park
Sewage Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance,
it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 19, 1963.
