AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Three Thousand
Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00) from the Operating Funds of the
Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for razing the Berkeley
Sewage Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($3,200.00) is hereby set apart from the Operating Funds
of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict and appropriated for razing
the Berkeley Sewage Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 19, 1963.
