AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The west three (3) feet of the easement ten (10) feet
wide over the east ten (10) feet of Lot 7, General Grant Place,
Second Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 72 page 20 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the northern
fifteen (15) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 19, 1963.
