AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
711, adopted March 5, 1962, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 189 (Maple Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 711, adopted March 5, 1962,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 189 (Maple Lane), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the areas described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot
9 in the Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 33 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line
of said Lot 9 to a point 275 feet east of the northwest
corner of property now or formerly owned by Girolomo R.
Ribaudo and wife as recorded in Deed Book 2772, Page
363 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to the southeast
corner of Lot 71 of Tara No. 4 Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 81, on Page 14 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said
Tara No. 4 Subdivision to the southwest corner thereof,
said point also being a northwest corner of said Lot 9
in Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision; thence

southwardly and westwardly along the west and north
line of said Lot 9 to the northeast corner of Lot 7 of
the Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision which point
is on the centerline of a 30 foot Private Road; thence
westwardly along the north line of said Lot 7 to the
northwest corner of Sappington Acres Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 36 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along the west line
of said subdivision to the south line of said 30 foot
Private Road; thence eastwardly along said south line
which is parallel with and 15 feet south of the north
line of Lot 7 in said Thomas J. Sappington Estate to
the west line of Lot 9 in said Sappington Estate;
thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 9 to
the point of beginning,
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Sappington Acres Drive with the
centerline of Lindbergh Blvd.; thence westwardly along
the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd. to its intersection
with the southern prolongation of a property line
running from the northeast corner of Lot 2 in
Sappington Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book
33, page 36 of the St. Louis County Records to a point
on the north line of Lindbergh Blvd. 15.50 feet west of
the southeast corner of said Lot 2, said 15.50 feet

being measured along the north line of Lindbergh Blvd.;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along
said property line to the northeast corner of said Lot
2; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lot 3 in
said Sappington Acres Subdivision and along the eastern
prolongation of said north line to the centerline of
Sappington Acres Drive; thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Sappington Acres Drive to the point
of beginning, for the reason that the Board of Trustees
finds that such property would not be benefited by the
proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such
subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 711 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 189
shall be as follows:

MAPLE LANE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the southern prolongation
of the west line of Sappington Acres Estates Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 63 on Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along said
west line to its intersection with the south line of Lot 35 of
Sappington Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33 on Page
36 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
south line to the southeast corner of said Lot 35; thence
northwardly along the east line of said Sappington Acres
Subdivision to the northwest corner of property now or formerly
owned by R.F. and A.C. Lee, Jr. as recorded in Deed Book 2385 on
Page 470 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly
in a straight line to the southwest corner of property now or
formerly owned by Edwin A. and F.A. Roussan, as recorded in Deed
Book 2685 on Page 631 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Roussan property
and said line protected to its intersection with the south line of
Lot 9 of the Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said south line of said Lot 9 to the southwest
corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot
9 to the south line of a private 30 foot wide roadway, said point

being 15 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 7 in said
Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision; thence westwardly along
said south R.O.W. line which is parallel with and 15 feet south of
the north line of said Lot 7 to the west line of said Sappington
Acres Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said
Sappington Acres Subdivision and along the southern prolongation
of said west line to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of a property line
running from the northeast corner of Lot 2 in Sappington Acres
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 33, page 36 of the St. Louis
County Records to a point on the north line of Lindbergh Boulevard
15.50 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 2, said 15.50
feet being measured along the north line of Lindbergh Boulevard;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along said property
line to the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence eastwardly
along the north line of Lot 3 in said Sappington Acres Subdivision
and along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the
centerline of Sappington Acres Drive; thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Sappington Acres Drive to the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence eastwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning.
