AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide across property now or
formerly of Hinternesche, in Section 23, Township 44 North, Range
6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri according to the instrument
recorded as Daily No. 188, July 30, 1963 in the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 16, 1964.
