RE: D-~.L BOWL LANES, INC.
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1995 the State Departmmnt of Treasury seized
Plenary License f~1201-32-022-004 for failure to pay New Jersey Tgx
assessments; and
WHEREAS, on October 30, 1995 the license was released to the Borough of
Carteret by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control with
direction to retire said license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the b~yor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby retires Plenary License f~1201-
32-022-004 effective innmdiately.
Adopted the 5th day of September, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 6, 1996.
