Case No. P17023 – 3328 Bennett Lane, Rezoning from RU to PUD, Preliminary & Final PUD Plan,
and Final Subdivision Plat. Request filed by F&F Development LLC, property owner, and Jesse and
Melissa Steck, applicants, for the following:
A. Rezoning of 3.77 acres addressed as 3328 Bennett Lane from RU Rural to PUD Planned Unit
Development.
B. Preliminary and Final PUD Plan to use the existing building as a daycare/Montessori school.
C. Final Subdivision Plat for Woodland Montessori School Subdivision, consisting of 1 lot and 3.77
acres.
The property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Bennett Lane and Rickman Lane and
is described as Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, Jefferson City, Missouri (Central Missouri Professional Services, consultant).
