O R D I N A N C E NO. 1119
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department, Sewers Division, for the purpose and in the amount
stated.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars and no
cents ($15,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund and appropriated to the Maintenance
Department, Sewers Division, to be used for reimbursable materials
200 Account.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 1964.
