AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 231 (Knollcrest)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 231 (Knollcrest).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 231
(Knollcrest) shall be as follows:

KNOLLCREST
Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast corner of
Knollcrest Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 43, page 69 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line
of said subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 7 in said
Knollcrest Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of
said Lot 7 to the southwest corner thereof; thence westwardly
along a straight line, across Knollcrest Drive (50 feet wide) to
the southeast corner of Lot 23 in said Knollcrest Subdivision;
thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 23 to the west
line of said Knollcrest Subdivision; thence northwardly along the
west line of said Subdivision to the northwest corner thereof;
thence eastwardly along the north line of said Knollcrest
Subdivision to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1964.
